We didn’t set out to make a “hummus that would change the world.” We made a hummus that we wanted to eat and it turned out a lot of other people liked it too!

After selling thousands of hummus bowls from our food truck in Asheville, we decided to make it available to our customers in their local grocery stores. We still love seeing their smiles when they eat at our food truck and love knowing they are smiling when they eat our hummus at home too
